Kitchens are chaotic environments. Ensuring a medium-rare steak and a complex pasta dish finish at the exact same moment requires immense skill. Our new AI-powered KDS takes the guesswork out of expo.

Predictive Ticket Routing

The system analyzes past preparation times for every item on your menu. When a ticket with multiple items arrives, the KDS automatically staggers the firing of those items based on their historical prep times. The grill station sees the steak first, and the sauté station is prompted exactly 7 minutes later for the pasta.

Traffic Light Indicators

Tickets adopt a smart color-coding system based on table status and promised delivery times, allowing your expo to instantly identify bottlenecks before the front-of-house notices a delay.
